- Building impactful and recognizable brand strategies and creative identities both internally and externally across a number of Thunderful Games’ titles.
- Owning the marketing budget for each title ensuring all marcoms activities are aligned with brand pillars and outreach delivers maximum ROI.
- Owning and leading the end-to-end execution of brand strategy and go-to-market planning for each respective title, applying player, market, and product insights to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Identifying and maximizing all respective partner marketing activities with the likes of Steam, EPIC, PlayStation, XBOX, Nintendo, META, external licensors, etc.
- Leading a v-team of individuals working across each title to include, but not limited to, Production, PR, Influencer, Events, Community, Social Media, and Creative Services.
- Responsible for measuring ROI and reporting performance against set KPIs for each brand campaign, translating data into insights and action.
- In conjunction with strategic planning responsible for monitoring and tracking market trends, researching target audiences & competitive titles’ activities to support each of Thunderful Games titles’ positioning.
- Be the Thunderful Games product champion for each title supporting with appropriate material for both internal and external facing meetings to acquire funding, backing, and support from 3rd parties.
