How do we establish and nurture safe spaces for devs and players? What does healthy even look like? What are ways of working and behaviours you would love to implement? What about ways of being? And how does our industry culture inform the environments we construct for players? This is a room primed for candid and honest conversation where we will practice getting comfortable with the uncomfortable conversations. Come and enter a school of discomfort. In this session there are no observers, only participants. This is a glimpse of being uncomfortable and safe at the same time to reconcile possibilities for new beginnings.
