How safe, inclusive, and sustainable is today’s games industry? elsewhere Not-For-Profit is conducting a global two-year independent research study on workplace culture, with new data being collected from professionals around the world.
While the study runs across all regions simultaneously, the team visits key industry events to present region-specific findings and foster dialogue. After gathering insights from Latin America and presenting at gamescom latam, this session at #ddc2025 shares early results from Europe, highlighting both global challenges and local dynamics.
This fireside chat offers a mid-study snapshot of where the industry stands, and how we can work collectively toward safer, healthier workplaces for all.
