  • I can't Find or Access my Ticket, Badge, or Entry Pass

    When logged into the gamescom biz platform, you should be able to find your ticket via the "my tickets" menu.

    Make sure to use the same e-mail address that you used to order your ticket in the gamescom ticket shop.

  • How do I access the event Wi-Fi network?

    Wi-Fi information will be shared closer to the event.

  • Can I cancel my registration or transfer my ticket to someone else?

    Ticket cancellations are not possible.

  • Until when will the platform be accessible to attendees?

    gamescom biz will open shortly after the ticket shop opens. You can log in to gamescom biz until the next gamescom.

    With the exception of workshops and roundtables, sessions will be made available as VODs in the weeks following the event.

  • Is there a German version of the gamescom dev program?

    gamescom dev is an international conference. All conference content is only available in English.
