Information

Making fun and engaging video games is hard. Although there is no known recipe for crafting successful games, some clear game UX ingredients exist to enhance the fun potential of a game; it's "engageability". In this workshop we will dive into the science of human motivation (e.g. extrinsic and intrinsic) and explain how to apply it efficiently to video games. We'll use a lot of examples from games, including how this framework was used during the development of Fortnite.
