Community health is not a support queue — and most games are operating with blind spots they don't know they have. This hands-on workshop gives attendees a practical framework for assessing and improving community health across the full operating lifecycle: policy, detection, response, and culture. Drawing on cross-industry data and operating patterns, facilitators guide participants through a structured self-audit across five operational lenses: compliance and legal risk, brand and commercial trust, player experience, operational scalability, and community legitimacy. Working in small groups, attendees score their own game or community — whether a multiplayer title, a Discord community, or any interactive social space — identify their biggest gaps, and leave with a concrete action plan they built themselves. No slides. No pitch. Just the framework, the data, and the work.
